Proper care preserves not only the garment, but the integrity of the craft behind it.

Fabric Care

Master Silk & Silk Blends
Hand wash in cool water using a gentle, pH-neutral detergent.
Do not wring or twist. Dry naturally, away from direct sunlight.

Italian & Japanese Silk
Hand wash only in cold water with a silk-specific detergent.
Handle with care. Silk is most delicate when wet.
Do not tumble dry.

PYDAXA Matrix Stitch™ & PYDAXA Inlay™ Pieces
Hand wash is strongly recommended.
If machine washing is necessary, use a delicate cycle and place the garment in a protective laundry bag.
Avoid friction against other garments.

Pieces with Metal or Decorative Elements
Hand wash only.
Clean surface details gently with a soft, damp cloth.
Do not machine wash.

Washing

Hand washing is always preferred.
Use cold or cool water only.
Avoid bleach and aggressive detergents.

Ironing

Iron at medium temperature.
For silk and embroidered pieces, press on the reverse side or use a protective cloth.
Do not apply heat directly to embellishments.

Storage

Hang to maintain structure and longevity.
If folding is required, handle with care.
Store away from direct sunlight and humidity.
For embroidered pieces, use acid-free tissue to protect surface detail.
