Worldwide delivery is available to selected international destinations

Standard shipping is offered at a flat rate of $50 USD

Shipping is complimentary on orders of two or more pieces

Ready-to-Ship Pieces
Estimated arrival within 15–20 business days

Made-to-Measure (Atelier) Pieces
Estimated arrival within 30–60 business days

Each made-to-measure piece is individually constructed upon confirmed measurements

All orders are prepared within 3–5 business days before dispatch

Processing time is separate from delivery estimates

All shipments include full tracking

A dispatch confirmation will be issued once the order leaves our studio

International orders may be subject to duties and taxes

These are determined by the destination country and remain the responsibility of the client

Clients are responsible for providing accurate shipping details

PYDAXA is not liable for deliveries made to incorrectly provided addresses

Delivery timelines are estimates

Delays may occur due to customs procedures, public holidays, or external conditions beyond our control
