Refund policy

Ready-to-Ship Pieces

PYDAXA accepts returns on ready-to-ship pieces within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below:

  • Items must remain unworn, unaltered, and in pristine condition
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact
  • Returns must be shipped using a trackable method
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the client

Once received and approved, refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days to the original method of payment.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.


Atelier Pieces (Made-to-Order / Private Commission)

All PYDAXA atelier pieces are constructed individually to the client’s specifications.

Due to their custom nature and limited production, all atelier orders are considered final.

PYDAXA does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for these pieces.


Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that a piece arrives damaged or defective, clients must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include clear images and order details.

Upon verification, PYDAXA will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.


Return Requests

To initiate a return, contact:

Include:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return

Approved requests will receive detailed return instructions.


Exchanges

PYDAXA does not offer direct exchanges.

Clients may return eligible items for a refund and place a new order separately.
