What is the difference between Ready-to-Ship and Cortomfit?
Ready-to-Ship pieces are finished garments available in standard sizes, dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Cortomfit — Made to Measure is our signature service. Each piece is constructed individually to the client’s measurements after order confirmation.

Can I order a design in a different colour or fabric?
Pieces are available as listed. For private commissions, please contact us directly.

Can I modify the length of a garment?
Cortomfit pieces may be shortened within the limits of the design. Lengthening is not possible.

How do I know which size to order?
Please refer to our Size Guide. For a precise fit, Cortomfit is recommended.

How does Cortomfit work?
Select a design and provide your measurements at checkout. Each piece is then constructed individually by our artisans.

How long does a Cortomfit order take?
30–60 days from confirmation.

Can I cancel or change my Cortomfit order?
No. Cortomfit pieces are made exclusively for the individual and are therefore final.

Shipping

Where do you ship?
We ship internationally.

How much does shipping cost?
Standard international shipping is $50 USD. Complimentary shipping is offered on orders of two or more pieces.

How long does delivery take?
Ready-to-Ship: 7–15 business days
Cortomfit: 30–60 days from confirmation.

Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Tracking details are provided upon dispatch.

Am I responsible for customs duties?
International orders may be subject to duties and taxes. These are the responsibility of the client.

Returns

Can I return a Ready-to-Ship item?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in original condition.

Can I return a Cortomfit piece?
No. All Cortomfit pieces are final.

What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with images. We will resolve the matter promptly.
